Instructions
  1. Wash chicken livers.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, chili and fry for one minute.
  4. Stir in peri-peri powder and tomato paste and cook for a minute.
  5. Add tomatoes and chutney and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add livers and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add cream and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Adjust seasoning. Sprinkle with parsley.
